The DISC Assessment is a simple, five-minute questionnaire that helps you understand your natural way of approaching tasks, people, and challenges. It categorizes four primary “styles” (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness) and shows which two blend most strongly in your personality. Knowing your DISC profile can:
- Clarify your strengths in team settings.
- Improve communication and conflict resolution. Once you recognize your default style—along with the style of those you’re serving alongside—you can adjust how you speak, listen, and give feedback.
- Help you serve more effectively. When you understand why you’re wired to lead one way or another, you can more confidently take on the role God has given you in your ministry. The goal isn’t to label anyone, but to equip you to work in unity: celebrating each gift, accommodating different work-styles, and honoring Christ together.
In short, the DISC Assessment invites you to discover how God made you, so you can serve with clarity, humility, and greater teamwork. Approach each statement prayerfully and honestly—knowing that recognizing your design helps you serve others in a way that glorifies Him.
